I ride about as much as this guy, but my eating is out of control.
Im inspired by this to focus more on my fuel intake.

 HOLY-FUCKIN-SHIT, THAT GUY GETS MY RESPECT. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT WEIGHED IN AT OVER 120 POUNDS OF HIS CURRENT WEIGHT, HE RIDES WITH US ALL THE TIME, AND THATS PRETTY FUCKIN COOL.

 the big moral of that story is caloric intake and the type of foods you eat. No matter how much you ride that bike (unless you are doing double centuries daily) the weight isn't going to come off if you don't reduce your food intake. I haven't been riding all month or any cardio exercises except for some dump bells for my upper body. I have greatly reduced my food intake, and the weight is starting to shed.
(I know you are all sick of me bitching about it, finally I'm doing something about it)

If this guy stays with his food choice, I predict he will go down to 150lbs.

This story is not unusual, I know of plenty of people who have come off the death bed, by life style and diet choices. Food is probably the biggest health enemy we have in this country.
