 Does anyone want to build something like this (for west-side rides, I'm not geographically discriminating, it's just where I am)? I'd be willing to donate $1000 for the sound system, I just don't know very much about larger PA and sound systems.

 Big sound system like this is very doable, but Eddie is not the one you want to have build it.

First order of business is find someone that works for Honda or Yamaha or someone that has connections so we can pay wholesale. Get a Honda or Yamaha 1000 watt generator and you're half way there. Never have to worry about batteries again. Then you work with Ben/Mook on building the sound system around the generator. I believe it was Rollers that said he had a work space for building the cabinets. Have this system on a trailer with the hitch I pointed out in the thread called trailers and hitches. There was someone else I talked to and I can't remember who it was, but he said he had connections on the speaker part of the equation. You basically want something that's efficient. Mook knows more about it.
