make sure you do all the rehab exercises when you are able to get back on your feet. It helps tremendously.

okay, i'll do that, sexy. I thought it was a sprain, at first. But, as much as I ice it, and take tylenol....it keeps hurting more and swelling more. Looks like a trip to County USC in the near future.

@ Sexy - there's an herb shop maybe it's auervedic? on Santa Monice Blvd just west of Fairfax - or at least it was there about a year ago.. on the North side of the street. they had the powder form (which is not as good as the root but ok.) there's also a company based out of the valley that my neighbor gets stuff from - they had the tincture.. I"ll have to get the name of it..
