 I'll start by saying that circumstantial evidence was limited and that we were going off of what was available at the scene of the crime.

My department and myself would like to extend a sincere and utmost, fair apology to the likes of Mr. Barleye and any other parties experiencing anguish over this inexcusable error in judgment.

 I'm really good at crashing my bike. I'd hate to think there was someone better at this than me. But if you want to publicly assert that your ability to hurl yourself from a moving bike, by all means feel free.

I'm also really good at making a fool of myself in public. I'd love to have a successor.
