oh... really? but not power, right? cuz the city of Burbank sent me this notice once saying they'd shut off my power... turns out my deranged ex told them nobody lived there anymore, and so they thought I was squatting and using power illegally or something???

I'm down by the 405/101 interchange.
I just called the city, turns out there was some emergency with a main line and they had to shut off all the water in the area to fix it.
