Roomate hunt

Hey all,
I'm hunting for a roomate in the LA area.
I like the westside and central downtown LA. I might be convinced to move to silverlake.
I'm not looking for much, just a humble room, but I would love a nice kitchen.
In case you don't know me: I ride bikes and I ride all the time!
So if we have that in common chances are that we will get along.

Seems like all the major foreclosures are happening in all the cookie-cutter, housing tracts.
Those are usually located too far away from downtown to be of any particular use.

I would totally be down to room in a BIKE HOUSE, with an awesome kitchen; I am currently at the Rossyln in a 180sqft room. My lease here is up in May. Anytime after that I would be down to look around. Downtown, and nearby areas are all good for me.

We currently have a 3 bedroom 2bath apt for lease in my building. I know a couple of our current tenants basically syndicated their living in their apartment, secured 2 roommates, and moved in. I live in the building, which is in Culver City 2 blocks east of Sepulveda and Venice. Its a quiet building, lots of working peoples, cool neighbors.
It has a Spacious living room, no balcony, its on the 2nd floor, decent cooking area. Previous tenants were documentary pros, so they were rarely home. We just finished cleaning it up, and its good to rent.
