Since the "HOMEGROWN" thread is sort of slow-going, how many of us are from some place other than SoCal?
I was born in Illinois, but I've lived in the desert since I was four, so aside from brief memories of Flagstaff, AZ prior, the SoCal, and Southwestern desert is pretty much all I know.

I was born in Kansas City.
The family moved to Ca. when I was 8.
All I remember abvout the mid-west is I hated the cold and snow.

I moved from Ohio a little less than two years ago. I'm back here now visiting family, and it's uber-dreary. No bike action here for months on end... blah!

I'm bi-coastal. Born in Allentown, PA, but I've been in CA since 4 months. Go back east to visit my dad's side periodically.

this is the house i grew up in in mississippi. i have been salt in the wound that is california since 1993.

I was born in Alaska and lived there until I was two and have lived in Los Angeles ever since.

I was born in Michigan, moved to Kentucky, moved to Ohio, then American Samoa, then back to Michigan, then to Hawaii, then to Oregon, then to California.
