Echo Park Boat House

There seems to be some confusion, perhaps among those who have never seen a map or left their houses, where this mysterious echo park boat house is wherein Friday's MR ride begins and ends. I hope this post will be the enlightener.
It may come as a surprise, but Echo Park isn't just a fancy name, there is actually a park in Echo Park, and in that park is a lake. Echo Lake is in Echo Park (actual park) which is in Echo Park (neighborhood). That lake is not sizable. You could swim across it, assuming you didn't get snagged up on some kind of corpse floating past, in under 60 seconds I'd guess. Unless you don't know how to swim, in which case it might take a little longer.
Anyway, this lake has exactly one building built on it eastern shore and exactly zero on it's western shore so it's fairly easy to identify the boat house, being that it's the only building on the lake.
Also, depending on your chosen time of arrival at said Midnight Ridazz ride, there will most likely be tons and tons of people on bikes hanging out near this sole building on the lake.

I've seen people swim across it (the short way) and come out the other side alive, but I don't recommend it. Plus, there might be an alligator in there. And it will be a little cold Friday night.
