The ride was good. Exciting, engaging, dancing.

We ended up spending like 5 hours on that roof top / stairs. Poeple sleeping in the stairwell, even more people laying on the broken glass/ gravel/ cigarette butts on the roof.
It was entirely too awesome to see Rayrayray spooning with his polo mallet.
Leaving the apartment building at 7 or 8 am, one of the people who lives on the bottom floor (right next to where we parked all of our bikes) was TRIPPING on us, in a hard way. She was asking who we know in the building, why are we here. We, of course, told her nothing.
She was super pissed about all the bikes, but the best part is that SHE LOCKED MY BIKE, WITH THE TRAILER, TO THE WALL. With her own lock and cable. She left a note on my bike that went like this ; "THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I LIVE BACK HERE. CALL ME TO GET UR BIKES! ~~Catina (310) 382-7712 "
LOL that bitch was trying to take my bike for ransom, but I talked her into unlocking it. I was pretty close to smacking her and her lame ass husband in the face, but I spoke to her in calm, polite tones, and pretty much convinced her that she was being retarded and that this is just a mistake. I really didn't know there was an appartment back there, or I would have parked farther back.
There was booze, there were hits from the bong, there was great music, even greater people, and a good time to be had by all.

that lady was insane. she left multiple notes about how unacceptable it was, then couldn't give me an actual reason beyond "what if the fire marshall showed up?" ...unannounced on a saturday morning to check if bikes were in her hallway?
at least you got the bike back. thanks again for pulling the recyc-a-bike.
and yes, that was awesome. and the gravel and broken glass was surprisingly comfy.
