Born in LA in the 70s. Rode diamond backs as a kid, befriended tarantulas because no one would play with me. Left California for 7 years which included a stint as a NYC messenger in the winter and bike commuting in Shanghai smog. Got into road cycling in 2007 to recover from a skateboard injury. Did ALC6 and became hooked. Started riding fixed (53t:18t) later that year. Did ALC7. Got into the brevet scene. Enjoy old-school crankmob rides, bicikillers, trfkas, wolfpack, tacotuesdays, swarm, and the monthly ridazz rides. Have avoided the forums and LAFixed for much of my life but still meander there to talk sh*t. Broke collar bone in 2011 but still hoping to do The508 fixed.
