Behind the Rite Aid at Fairfax+Sunset







10:45 Studio City meetup also available - rolling by 11



Laurel Canyon and Moorpark at Moorpark Park







11:30 Trailhead meetup - rolling out by 12



Exit Cheseboro Rd N. Right on Cheseboro Rd to the parking lot.







Please give me a head count on the mountaineerzz thread so I know how many



people need a ride.. I have limited space and don't want someone getting



stuck without room. Others are driving too, so we can coordinate a ride for



anyone who needs one. (Link to the thread is posted at the bottom of the page.)











Mileage:



Approximately 20-25 miles + or - a bit.
















And of course, there will be plenty of climbing too.



































  • Mountaineerzz is a monthly, briskly-paced, all-terrain [ road & dirt ] ride.









  • Mountaineerzz love singletrack & fireroads yet embrace the pavement that gets them there.









  • Our focus is (sub)urban rides via paved streets to off-road trails, but, we also







    do night rides and shuttle rides to outlying areas that are a little too far to bike to.
















    • All Ridazz are welcome, but this ain't a ride for someone new to off-road riding.








    Think Wolfpack/Cubpack/Bicykillers so those who don't have the skillzz may be left behind.







    You'll want a mountain bike with gears, fat tires and damn good brakes.








    And as always, helmets are strongly recommended.
