Journey Behind the Orange Curtain (LAᐉLBᐉOC), Coastal Edition Ride

Welcome to the Journey Behind the Orange Curtain, Coastal Edition Ride!

When - 10pm Saturday, roll 10:30pm
Meeting point - Lincoln Park. 260 W Broadway Long Beach, CA 90802. Less than a block west of the 1st street Blueline Station, schedule here

Tonight will be a ride for people that miss riding all night in the summer night air. We'll be riding along the coast, heading south from down town Long Beach. More than half the ride will be on wide class 1 dedicated bike lanes. Being that this is an all night ride, there should be no one but us on it in the morning hours. That should be true of the piers too.

The pace will be moderate. The route has been tailored to allow for flexibility. If we want to chill more at the stops, we could do that and still do the route. If we want to ride a little further, we can do that too. The end result of going a little further would mean some awesome spots to chill it. For example we could grab a tall boy and go to Jetty View Park. Another option is to do a short ride to LB port after getting back to LB.

Finally if peeps are up for it, we can go for breakfast. There's a ton of places around to go eat.

BBD's Sound system and spoke cards will be provided.

This should go without saying but,

bring;
- a working and reliable bike
- lights would help, but it's your own skin
- money for eats and stops at the 7/11
- patches
- a desire to ride 50 + miles
