My real name is John Clark but I get: OJ Simpson, OJ , Osnap .. My MR name is OsnapsonJC ..



How did you first hear about Midnight Ridazz and what was your first group bike ride?

I use to ride bikes all the time in Santa Barbara from State street to I.V. ... its just how I got to work, beach, class... I moved back to the Valley after a long vacation of like 4 months and I was in a bike shop and the dude behind the counter was like ..I kid you not ... " Yo check out Midnight Ridazz.com" ... I took his advice went to MR and my first ride was WNDSRS..



Currently what rides do you attend regularly and what ride(s) would you like to see make a comeback?

Monday Night Rehab, Peoples Ride, FMLY , The New Ride Type ?,The F-ride MOMsey, RWNN, NoHo Sprints, .. I would like to see the Tour De Hoods make a comeback its was a solid ride...



What advice would you pass on to new ridazz?

Talk to as many people as possible and learn the rules...



If you were leading a group ride, what would you do differently?

I do lead a group ride Monday Night Rehab.. I cant say that I do anything that much different than any other ride ... as long as people are having a safe time without stealing, tagging or being a dick .. it’s cool ....



Do you prefer small rides (30 or less people) or larger rides and why?

This is a tuff one ..I’m going to have to say its 50/50 .. I love larger rides because you get to see people from other parts of the city that you wouldn't see.. Smaller rides (at least for me) are more local and low key.



Tell us about the best and worst experience you’ve encountered on a group ride.

The worst experience is probably biting the dust on the full moon ride ... I had an internal bleeding looking bruise on my side.. Yeah .. not to much fun the next day ... The best is hard .. because I go on a ton of rides ... but smoking a hooka on CRANK MOBB with like 10 other heads stands out...



What did you do for fun before you started “riding”?

I use to go out to bars all the time with my frat bros from Santa Barbara....



What’s the best and worst thing group bike rides have done for cycling as a whole in Los Angeles?

I think it gives people an alternative to sitting in traffic for 30 hours a week .. or being stuck in a dark tunnel for 40 plus minutes a day... but I can say the hate for people who bike is the worst thing ...





If you can name 1 person who embodies the spirit of “Midnight Ridazz”, Who would it be and Why?

Eddieboy .. hands down .. He is always so positive and ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needs it ....



What do you think the public’s perception is of group bike rides?

I asked someone who I work with this question and long story short ..."People who don't follow the rules drive me nuts","Those kids are all over the place .. they show no respect"
