Ride to South Central Farm Community Vissioning

at 12 Noon, Meet at Mac Aurthur Park corner of 7th St and Park View 90021

The ride will go to the South Central Farm. We recently found out that the original site of the South Central
Farm located on 41st and Alameda is in Escrow. We only have 4 months to save the farm. It's time to take
action once again!

LA Bici Digna volunteers will have a bike tune up and flat patching skill share at the event. LA Bici Digna is a
volunteer run bike co-op that offers bike repair, parts and bike to the community. It is project
that is similar to the Bike Kitchen, but with morning hours and is located in the Down Town Community Job
Center so we are providing repair space to the day labor community as well as the general community. There
will be some time before the ride for minor adjustments and airing up tires, but if you need bike repair come on
a day before the ride.

Your presence will help let Jan Perry know that angelinos still want to see these 14-acres used as a
garden and not another polluting low-wage labor warehouse. And of course, a strong presence of cyclists
will encourage the youth of the community to become more active bicycle riders. So please join us as we
fight and continue the struggle to TAKE BACK THE FARM!!!!!
