MOVED TO THIS SUNNY WEEKEND

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 10 2008

NEW START TIME: 8AM (Meet at 8, ROLL at 8:30)

THIS RIDE IS 43 MILES LONG, CONTAINS a 5-MILE CLIMB INTO THE SANTA MONICA MOUNTAINS - TRAINING FOR TEAM MIDNIGHT RIDAZZ. ALL ARE WELCOME BUT PLEASE COME PREPARED

We will start our ride near Groundworks Coffee on Rose Ave in Venice (near corner of 7th ave, close to lincoln). From there we'll go north along the coast until San Vicente, then go 5 miles UP Mandeville Canyon. After that we'll come back down and do a tour of the future Expo Line path from Santa Monica to Culver City. Then we'll take the Ballona Creek bike path (approximated on map as Jefferson) down to the Mustache To Pass bridge, spin right round to the other side of the Marina, then buzz the venice canals on the way back to the start point.

After that, we're going to LA CABAÃ‘A for lunch! Good Mexican foods, great margaritas.
