As a long time faithful "Monday night rehab" rider, I really miss having a consistent monday night valley ride. A
ride that will be there at the

same place, same time, every monday. Due to my frustration I've decided to start a Monday night ride.

MEET UP at The end of the CHANDLER BIKE PATH (near VINELAND) Located about four/ five blocks
east of the north hollywood metro

station.

Meet time 8

Roll Out 8:45

we will be back in time for the last train for those of you that decide to come from Los Angeles.

Please bring: Lights, a working bike, a helmet is optional but definitely encouraged, water, money,
tools/tubes or whatever else you feel you

might need.

Please leave the : Stealing, tagging, lack of respect for others, lack of respect for pedestrians or other
moving vehicles.

Negative attitudes, and bad vibes at home. Please respect each other.

Hold your own lane, this isnt a race but if you do take off please make sure you remember the
directions and wait for us a few lights ahead,

I am incorporating this into my weekly routine meaning I will be hosting this regardless of the amount of
riders present

"No rider left behind" rule is definitely enforced lol, some rides might be spicier then others and i will
make that clear ahead of time.
