You get arrested for riding on the Busway? Isn't that just a ticket?
Also isn't there a bike path next to the busway. Was he "avoiding debris or people" who were on the bike path?

The nicer of the officers almost offered that as a defense angle when we were talking. The place where he got caught was where the busway and the bike path are a little bit too closely laid to discern, but then winning that argument would rest on whether or not he passed breathalyzer.

why did he take a breathalyzer? He wasn't driving a car. He should have refused it.
It is only required by law if you are driving a car.

He had some old warrants on him. A failure to appear at court for a previous incident. He was going to get busted sooner or later.Damn Narcspeed. Hopefully they dont deport him... j/k.

I doubt they tested him on scene, but they voiced their detection of alcohol on his breath. I can only assume they would test him at the station.

Sup guys! Thanks for the support. Yeah I made a wrong turn into the busway.I honestly thought there was a opening, but before i realized to turn around he had got me. Remember to always take care of your tickets! Haha BTW they didn't take my BAC which was weird. Thanks again!
