I have no affiliation with Cycleway but i have done a ride that stopped there and they were very cool and friendly. I do +1 with Borfo about providing some bike racks. Not a lot of space outside but maybe there is some kind of compromise that could be found. And they are very pro-bike which is nice to see for a change.

I requested from LADOT for them over a year ago. Maybe the owner should step up and re-request? It always seemed silly riding to a place called Cycleway, and not having anywhere to tie up a bike.
