But, other than that, since Vernon only has 96, full-time residents, perhaps this was a bold measure by their city-council to keep potential, tax-payers in.

I had so much fun making spoke cards (and eatin bbq and drinkin beerz and hanging with y'all) that I'm going to start putting mah POVRAY skillz to work designing some truly bad-ass ones.

lets also come to an understanding that some of us have had ok experiences with the police, and some of us have had terrible experiences with them so avoiding them while riding and having fun would probably be the wisest thing.
