i have an asus eee pc that is having trouble loading. i dropped it a few months ago and now it hangs on the bios for ten minutes. it acts normally once it's loaded.

my first question is can it be fixed? and if not, is it possible to upgrade a 7-inch model with an 8.9-inch screen if i were to replace it with a cheaper model?

 Sounds like the HD took a shit. Get a new HD, reinstall the OS. Good luck getting the old stuff off the old drive, its a pain in the ass if the drive is really-really fucked.

 Seems like the bios might have been corrupted,idk if dropping it was the cause though...Anyways just update the bios,here's the link where to download it from.
