THE DEAD THEATRE RIDE LIVES

I woke up in a haze, as is my routine.
Headache? Check.
Shame? Check.
Full bladder? Check.
Dry mouth? Check.
Everything was in order, except that the following fact was rolling around in my brain: “I took charge of the next Midnight Ridazz ride.”
Fuck? Check.
I want to base the route for Midnight Ridazz #140 on my first ride: THE DEAD THEATER (THEATRE?) RIDE. (Which, by my calculations, is Midnight Ridazz #21.) I am reasonably certain it happened in October 2005. Mine will be THE LIVING THEATER RIDE, because a lot of the theatres we passed back then are now, well, somewhat alive again.
Thing is, I didn’t get a route card for that one, and it was pre midnightridazz.com so I couldn’t find any leads here.
So:
Do you have a “Dead Theater (Theatre?) route slip? spoke card? Do you know who led it or who might know something about it?
p.s. the image has nothing to do with anything except for the fact that it is wonderful.

Start has been changed to the Bicycle District.
Will be ending kind of near Echo Park, a contingent may actually lead it to Echo Park proper since the festival will be happening, but the last official stop is more like Frog Town.
