I don't see why they couldn't put one on the other end...
like at the gas station, water and air!
it'll be the bicycle rack/water/air station!

they could, but I mean think about it. You're not always near a bike rack when you get a flat, so you should always have a pump of some sort on you anyways. Not to mention the fact that all gas stations have air pumps. and where will the air come from? There's water running all around underneath us and you need water more often when riding than air. so yeah I mean it's a cool idea but not really necessary or practical.
