hey, so my roomate is allergic to my cat and he's moving out...sack of shit...he paid for FEB so it's a month free if you move in now!
2 bedroom place in Van Nuys
you get a room - $391 a month...cmon!
It's me (Eli- spiderman and my girlfriend) and the cat.
we share the livingroom, kitchen and bathroom.
everything is nice, we just settled in and decorated, thats why we don't want to lose this spot.
Nice street, we got a small balcony, central air and heater, food truck on the street and its two blocks from the orange line. (van nuys)
We listen to good music and drink good beer.

i need someone to move in march 1st (it's a sunday - that weekend my roomie will be moving out)
rent $700 plus utilities
palms (national/motor)
i have two indoor cats
room is 13'x10' (2 bedroom apt)
shared bathroom
and i just spiced up the living room with color and new furniture
must be respectful/peaceful - i don't really have people over often or stay up late

ps. eli, i'll prolly mosey on down to bike polo on sunday. maybe i could go check it out afterwards? or would it be better if i go before? just let me know what time you plan on heading to bike polo and maybe i can show up a half hour or so before you leave and then ride to bike polo.
