The ride is coming through Hollywood, why don't you pick it up on Fairfax and Santa Monica or Highland and Hollywood.

There is also that 24 hour chinese place around the corner from the Chinatown metro station stop. After the S&S rides, i always drive by there around 1-2a and see lots of people inside. I'm sure they sell Sapporo or Asahi. Just a thought.

If you ride up to Wilshire and Robertson or Beverly and Fairfax about 9:20pm you could probably pick up with the ride as it comes through the area.

this is a leave no ridda behind ride ... we will make a couple of stops.
if you don't have a road bike, just make sure you bring some lungs.

i went to the station and last 3 streets of the route, then rode all over downtown. Couldn't find anyone :(
But using a bullhorn always makes a solo ride worth it :D

Quick update on Tiffany,
Me and Jon just got back from visiting her at the hospital, She's doing fine and in high spirits. She's got a couple of stitches a hairline fracture in her arm, but she should be out later today after a period of observation.
Bed time for me though. If theres anythign to add I'lld o it tommorrow.

washington and crenshaw is fucked.
on the lafixed winter ride in january we ran into some stupid motherfuckers in cars in that intersection. someone got cut off so they spit at the car and the guy in the car got out and was seriously contemplating rumbling with like 40 people. his girlfriend made him get back in the car and drive off.

I have her bike. The back rim is a bit tweaked and may need to be replaced... but otherwise no other real damage to speak of to the bike.
