does anyoneh have any update on the two guys that got hit @ Cmass? and what about the car that hit them, im sure people saw the model and plates, right?

not sure how they are doing but someone did get a pic of the car licence and all the right info so the person will be caught eventually so no worries there.

What happened exactly? I saw some bikes piled up and a cop trying to help a guy up off the pavement but I didn't get to see how serious it was or if anyone was seriously injured.

hi i was wondering ifu knew any info about the hit n run? where did i hppend? time? wha did he two guys looked like?

I saw one of the guys and he was a young latino age 17-20, not badly injured at all and he looked fine, no serious injuries just a little shaken up

Caddy, you need to contact the LAPD and find out who got hit, they are required by law to file a report so his name will be on there.
There was a big party/fashion show/bike raffle/ bands/catering trucks event in downtown that LACM was invited to, it was supposed to go on til 4:00 a/m. He may have stayed late and crashed at a friends house to get some sleep.

i hope ur right but he is not the type that dose any of this. he alwasy calls, his mom already calld the LAPD. so i guess now all i can do is wait n hope that evrything is okay.

me n his mom called the hospitals n the LAPD n nothing. so i guess all i can do is wait n wish for the best.

Just getting the plate is not enough to ensure justice for those who were hit.
If anybody saw the accident, If you can identify the driver or passenger, PLEASE contact LAPD!
If there is no broken bones and no death, this item will be way down on the list of priorities for LAPD.
The license plate may help victims recover money from the insurance co. but without a positive id in a line up. Police are likely to let this go for lack of resources.
To my knowledge, they will only conduct a serious investigation if there is "serious injury" or death. Other than that it is really up to the victim to do the investigation themselves and spoon feed the evidence to the police.
I always thought getting the plate was enough, unfortunately that is just the beginning, of what it takes to bring a hit and run driver to justice.

I saw someone who was wearing a red USC jacket who is probably white/hispanic in his 20's. The last I saw him, he was in the parking lot at CVS at the end of the first ride so that would have been around 10:30pm and after the accident and he looked fine. He was also very helpful to me at the beginning of the ride.

yup a red usc jacket with some black tight shorts n black bike.yeahi think thats him, last time we spoke he had told me that he was at cvs. n he loves to help others. any clue were he might have gone?

Is that the CVS next to the Farm Fresh market? If so, that is where most people ended up at the end of Critical Mass so he must have made it through CM okay. A second ride, called the People's Ride, usually starts from that location a little while after CM ends. I didn't go on it but someone who did can probably tell you where it went and if anyone got hurt. Anyone?

okay so we have called about 20 hospitals n nothing we called LAPD and nothng ive called friends n nothing what more can i do???
i feel so devastated... i dont know what to do. n just to hear my lil girl around me laughting and stuff breaks my heart

Now that you know he wasn't in the hit and run incident.
You may want to start a separate thread to seek people that may have seen him.
If you have a picture of him & or his bike that would help.
If he has ever posted here and you know his screen name that would help to.
Some information you have gleaned from here.ie. he was last seen at the end of crit mass & b4 the people's ride.

People's ride went on late. We peeled of from people's ride just 30 minutes into it and yet we just woke up about an hour ago. Maybe he went on the ride all the way to the end and is still sleeping it off somewhere. Don't start to worry yet. If you don't hear from him by tonight, then start to worry.

Just letting you guys know. RickDarge was wearing a USC sweater that night too so dont get confused. Last time I heard of the hit and run was when we were at the CVS. Some people got the plate numbers but i didnt hear anything about an ambulance.

n from what i know he was seen at 12 but that is all we know
his name is ronald or ron he is 21 hispanic/ white with a red usc jacket, black tght shorts, black bike, and a balck fanny pack. i think he also took some usc shorts but not sure.

thanx everyone for ur support it really ment a lot to me.
he jut got home like 10min ago, still dont know what really happen but at this point i dont think that matters. all that maters to me is that he is okay and safe home with his family.
