And the guy needs to watch where he's going. That is unless you're trying to sell tires. Then show him running over all the glass in NY!

Cinecycle usually has a new bike short in the Bicycle Film Festival every year.
that commercial makes me miss riding my bike NY... I love the shot of Alfred riding through the pigeons... and his surfer background speaks to the way he rides between buses...

What you don't see is at 3:49 they both meet their fate when a taxi cab and an automobile both make right turns without looking or signaling and take out the 2 cyclists. Sadly, they would have survived had they been wearing helmets.

Ahhhh hipster love in the big apple. Except they don't meet and they might be dead. But hey, I'll remain optimistic that they might at least meet in the ER....or the morgue.
Oh yeah......Happy Valenties Day Y'all

After watching this video, I am vomiting.
Seriously, just thinking of riding through NYC gives me the creeps, not the car-traffic, but thinking everyone out there rides without stopping at the intersections.
And this guy was by himself at that!!!
But, then again, it probably works better than I think due to traffic moving between 5 and 20 mph.

yeah - but that dude is Alfred.. he's got real skill, and has been riding forever.. I've never seen him wear a helmet except on the track when it's required.. as for the girl.. dunno who she is..

Well, at least he's good at that type of urban-assault.
I'm too used to following the normal-rules and the consistent threat of 50-70 mph traffic on the desert's main-drag.

I will always remember Alfred when he had a mechanical or some shit and threw his bike and started screaming for another at CMWC '05 finals.
Muy dramatico.

tut tut!! I hate when racers are like that.
Those were some sick shots though.
But shouldn't a tire company know you're supposed to line up the valve stem with the tire label? come on people!
