Monthly bus pass

Anyone ever tried to buy one? Its harder than you think. I looked on the metro web site for a list of places. First i go to PCC, its cash only and i only have a card. So i go to work in Sierra Madre and check the site again and it says City Hall. I go there and they only sell them to students and seniors. FUCK

find a metro sales office run by metro.........theres one in l.a. at la brea and wilsire if you want to come out of the vally.there should be one there

Yeah I only noticed you can have them mailed to you today and i need one for this month. I think I will just stop by the bank and go back by PCC on the way home. I also see they sell them at Nix check cashing. The tap passes kind of scare me. Big Brother paranoia!

You can get a 6 Month Metro Tap Pass for 15 dollars if you register for 3 classes at LACC. I know people that register and then drop after they get the passes so it doesn't effect their transcripts. It's shady I know, but times are tough.

Yeah you have to pay then you get refunded when you drop. I've been wanting to get a student ID anyways

Well if you get a fee waivers its free. You might start the process now so you can get the Tap Pass when the Spring Semester starts in February. Register online. Heck, take a few classes in the process.

Er, um. Gotta meet minimun income requirements. You can apply online! Most people qualify.

Well theres always the back door. Ive noticed that if you save a day pass. Then get on the bus a different day and flash it with your finger over the date 99 percent of bus drivers wont sweat you. I would never ride the gold line without a pass. see way to many sheriffs

HET DUDE IF YOU GO TO SOME SUPER MARKETS HAVE THE TAP CARD THEY DONT HAVE THE OLD SCHOOL PASSES WITH THE STICKERS! I GOT MY TAP CARD AT RALPHS ON DEVONSHIRE AND BALBOA!!! YOU CAN CHARGE YOU TAP CARD WITH DAILY,WEEKLY,BI WEEKLY OR MONTHLY AT THE ORANGLINE STATION OR RED LINE STATIONS! WHERE YOU THEY HAVE THE TICKET KIOSHES(I CANT SPELL THAT GREAT)

the metro is going all tap .. if you notice they are slowly installing turn stops in the subway and all the busses are should have a tap ... its less paper and if you drop it .. the balance is protected and they send you a new one with the remaining balance .... I have a extra one if you want to try it out .. 17 a week ( till saturday at 12) or 62 a month ...

I went and bought the EZ pass. I dont like the tap because they dont offer it on all the busses. for 8 bucks more you can take foothill transit, ladot, big blue bus. pretty much any bus.

Those turnstiles are worthless. Nobody uses them because they're all cramming through the turnstile for Bikes and Handicapp's! I get a little pleasure at clocking someones shins with my pedals when they won't let me through!

the bus driver cant kick you off a bus. he/she has to keep driving asnd stay on schedule. if you work there a way to get your boss to get you on for free i think. im not sure. google it.

Yeah, I once saw this hipster guy jump on the Purple line, but it was a short train and he was waiting at the end like it was a longer train and he raced his bike towards where the last car stopped and knocked down a few people and severed a few shins. LOL. It was alll Family Guy status when the injured victims were sucking in their OW's... "ssssssssssstttt... OW!!!! sssssssssssst... OW!" LOL
