favorite hood?

so, what is everyone's favorite neighborhood in la. to be honest, i am pretty partial to the Los Feliz/Silver Lake/Echo Park concentration, I think when it comes to bike friendliness, they are the tits. Plus the bars there are super deck. Close second would have to be NELA, plenty of awesome hills to bomb down, and I met some pretty cool ridazz there once upon a time.
