Seriously, who steals a tandem bike? It's not like there's a big market for those things. It's white, no brand markings, with white tires, stolen from the Silverlake area. if the dude riding it doesn't have gigantic muttonchops, then feel free to deliver a beatdown and tell me all about it.

People here will deff keep a look out.
Tandems are rare.

Its not wise to assume that the next rider on the bike is in fact the thief.
Thieves that ride bikesthat they have stolen don't last long in the bike thieving game or the living life (on the outside) game.
