damn, my friend is starting a well-financed vinyl-only label and needs a hardcore a&r rep. even if it went under, which it probably will, you could have built up your rep in the 2 years they have enough cash to operate. oh, well. i'll talk to ken buby.
i released an lp in 2005. i moved 500 pieces in less than two weeks. the band was terrible, but i knew it would sell, so i went along with it anyway. vinyl is a niche market in the land of mp3s.
a copy went on ebay for $113
no, no, I mean the vinyl I've sold. the only things that have sold well are Eddie and the Subtitles, the first Bad Religion EP, the first Agent Orange 7", and some Death in June.
