all grievances regarding last night's confusion ought not be directed at Venice Critcal Mass. VCM ended at the 7 Eleven on Venice and Sepulveda. The Something Else Ride ended at Vlad's after more liquor stops, some pretty powerful roman candles, and washing our bikes in the car wash on Main

I'm sorry to hear that you got hurt. That really sucks. Also sorry that we didn't manage to meet up with you sooner. We really were heading for Vlad's all the while but we got sidetracked (a couple times) on the way. Since none of it was planned, no one could really tell you what was next

I'm fine I was just blowing off drunken steam. I was upset that have a bunch of roadrash and my bike is non-functional.
Stripped the Octalink Crank, Chain is jammed up in my rear wheel, and I fell two more times on my roadrash trying to glide the thing home from SM. I should be happy at least I didn't get seriously injured and I had somewhere to bring it, and go to sleep.

Also unfortunately now that brw sold my fathers bike it means I only have a half functioning mtb to get around on.

awe man, that sucks about your bike. At least you've got one that's rideable though! I hope the road rash isn't too bad. Don't over do the neosporin. That stuff goes straight to your kidneys!

Soooo where did you guys go? I rode my friends home from Venice Pier so the ride ended for me there. Was there fort-building?

No but there was free $4/slice pizza after much hanging out at the most rocking place... the mini pier.
It was a very enjoyable and awesome ride.
We went to the costco parking lot for a brief moment, then we headed east on washington, breaking north to venice before crank mob park. We chilled at crank mob park for a good long while, it was cool.
Then we went west and it's a bit of a blur for me but the next thing I remember is the mini pier... and then some very cool hoity toity pizza dudes.
Fucking mini pier is so awesome.

Good times on the something else ride friday night. Going to the marina was great, and so was the i-don't-know-where-we-were park, and the mini pier, and generally the whole damn night. Good amounts of drink and hustle and, lastly, I just gotta say -
Westsidazz, all ya'll, thanks for being so damn welcoming. for cereal. you guyz are great. Now come out to the valley for SFVCM!
