Ok so just trying to get a headcount on who's goin to San Fran this friday for critical mass. When are you going? Who are you going with? Do you need a ride?

yo man I hate to be the party pooper but I think onethirtynine is right, the anniversary for SFCM is in September. According to wiki anyways,

Yes, My buddy Paul is wanting a one way ride up this friday for SFCM 7-27-07 (tomorrow). He is being an ICONIC STUD and riding his bike home!!! Yes from San Fran. Just needs a ride up. I'm going in Danny's car w/ Big Bike Dan & Randy.

Yeah Dak, Rhi, E and I (DanielBilly) are going up tomorrow. We'll probably be at the start of Critical Mass but we can't do the ride as we're seeing a show at the Fillmore that night... after the show we plan on hitting you guys up for the CM afterparties! Word. Thennnn through the weekend we plan on running around... hopefully stoppin by those bicycle bars.... etc... coming back Sunday afternoon?

I trust you guys will do some excellent reconnaissance work up there for the SFCM anniversary ride in September. We'll be sending our best trained spys with ya.

Bicycle Bars why yesss... there are a few that are apparently extremely bike friendly. Most notably is a "Gestalt Haus" for their double tiered bicycle rack INSIDE. Never been but from the
reviews it should be good!!! We'll probably do that Saturday night? We'll see...
and yes we shall do TONS of recon work i reckon!

Wow! I love the bike bars!
I'm definately heading up for the SFCM anniversary ride next month. I've never been to SF and have been trying to make it up there to visit for some time now.

The best bike bar I've been to is Zeitgeist. It's in the Mission district. From what I remember hearing, it used to be a biker (motor) bar, but messengers started hanging out there. Now its full of people with bikes. They have a have rack in the back yard. Bring a lock.
Oh, they make the best bloody marys I've ever had. They actually make the tomato juice from fresh tomatoes. MMMM

Tren Way is going up THIS weekend for a show, and to hang out in SF. Our plan is to hang out with the CM people, at the start, then bail for the show, then meet up with them after the show. I'm going to request that the CM folks escort us to the Fillmore... we'll see.
The SFCM Anniversary thing is September, and I believe everyone should go up for that one.

The Sporkettes, Cyclecyde and John with his traveling circus was at the after party and gave an incredible show. The po-pos were nice, they even rode with us.
