There was only 4 of us at the end of the night.
1 of which I trust with my life, another who is not a materialistic person in the least bit.
and 1 other who I think I can trust but have seen him "at work."

let's hope their conscience can't handle that type of guilt.
i would suggest a passive approach at recovering it, but shit... if it were mine, i don't know what i'd do.

I used the word "missing" as opposed to the word "stolen" to imply that it could have been an honest mistake. I am giving whoever has my ipod the opportunity to return it without there being any kind of retribution or sense that a friendship could be destroyed.
