I wanted to start a thread where people could post information about known bike thief's so we can stay on the lookout and know where they are and who they hang out with.

This is one that I know, his name is Tyler Packham. He lives in Venice and from what I can remember he is part of a gang called the "Kook Killas" I knew him in middle school so that could have changed, but he randomly popped up on my news feed and so I clicked on his page and he has at least five status updates selling fixie frames, wheels and tires.

I know he hangs out with a large group of guys who all steal bikes and one of their old friends lives across the street from the Rabbit Hole (westside bike house) and she has told us on many occasions that they have stolen bikes, so we can catch them if we need to by getting addresses and numbers from her family, who hate all of the guys who are part of the gang.

anyways, sorry for rambling, just thought you guys should know some of the info I have on bike thief's!
