 This reminds me of a recent incident at school. Some kid brought in one of those Trek Discovery bikes with full Dura-Ace parts. Next day the same kid comes in with the same bike but this time he stripped all the parts off and made it into a fixed gear. I asked him what he did with the parts and i got the most stupidest answer ever. "I thought they were useless so I threw them away". I facepalmed and walked away.
