It's over the counter but you need to ask the pharmacist. It's only effective within the first 72 hours of unprotected sex. If you throw it up with in the first hour you have to take it again. The costs varies depending on your insurance prescription co-pay. I think at the most it might be 30.00.

You did mean recipients, right?
Or "reciprocants" as in the never-ending cycle of living off the taxpayer dole and doing nothing in return for generations?
Sort of like a reciprocating engine where the motion repeats.
