I will have a room+bathroom for rent in July in North Hollywood.
Many of you know where I live/have been to my place; now I'm inviting one of you to come live with me.
Rent = $700, utilities are about $35/month per person.
Spacious apartment, rider friendly, 9 minutes from noho redline station, 7 minutes from polo grounds.

I'd do this, but I'd want to make sure I find work down there before hand.
Sounds so tempting though, the location seems pretty much within arms-reach of all the cool places.

Actually I cook much more often than that! Other perks? Pool, parking space, plenty of room for bikes.

There is a deposit, yes. I believe it's the same as one month. Standard in rental situations.
