 Eddie, I remember reading somewhere that on average it only takes 72 hours to detox the nicotine out of your system.

You just have to last 3 days and then all the headaches and shittiness will subside. That will cover the physical addiction (headaches, jitters, mood swings). Then you have to battle the mental addiction which can last indefinitely depending on how much of a routine smoking was for you.

Chances are you are already through half of the physical addiction part, keep it up!
