Resident complaints about SMCM

I keep hearing rumors that residents complained at a public meeting about SMCM. Now somenone informs me that it was during a SM City Council meeting about a week prior to the August 1 ride. The only meetings that make sense are the Tues/Wed/Thurs meetings on July 22nd through the 24th.

I need to find those comments - did anyone listen to them and if so - what day and time were they made at? I can't listen to 18 hours of meeting . . .

 It would help to know if they were made at the end of an agenda item or during public comment at the very end.
