Only difference is that the Salton Sea gets the WIN when it comes to which area's more "desolated".

Well, since it finally looks like I'll be earning income soon, I could always initiate a "re-up" a few, months down the road.
Everyone still seems like their going to be amped up for awhile so just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

People who happened upon our camp were absolutely dumbfounded astounded and bullhorn pounded up side the head.

Beyond words amazing.
One of the best times of my life.
From salvation mountain sunset gazing on friday night, to floating in the hot spring at midnight last night, it was absolute perfection.
It surpassed all expectations.
I have been laughing to myself all day, just thinking about all the crazy shit that happened.
I wish i was still chimpin' out around the fire with everyone, under a blanket of a zillion stars until the moon rose over the decrepit slabcity skyline. So surreal.
There isnt a single muscle in my body that isnt aching right now.

This was great seeing all the noobz make it out. I hope they caught the bug and make it bigger and better next year. Loved how we're able to create our own entertainment. Weather it's with megaphones, steel wool, or junk in the desert. We brought it and we left no trace, (i hope).
The time just flew by. Next time I'm getting there Thursday!
Oh yeah, that spring is worth going to for a quick get away, yeah?

There are too many people I want to thank or say a few things to but I am at work and even on my spare time I am sure I would leave things out. We were all there so we know… but:
Erin thanks for helping coordinate the trash pick up on the last day.
Tony S for taking all the random trash pieces left around the fire for someone else to take care of
Sexy for putting those gross trash bags we gave you into your RV and taking care of it in another town.
And for everyone else who I heard and saw pick stuff up throughout our stay and everyone who handled their own garbage.
I know that a few people collected cans and bottles and organized into trash bags, I am sorry that other people saw a bag and just started throwing whatever the fuck they wanted to in there… we are LUCKY that we know someone that wants our recyclables and all we have to worry about is OUR trash, and yet we still manage to fuck it up.
i saw a lot of people I have never met before take care of their own stuff by their own car and it put a smile on my face knowing no one else had to deal with it… and that people are responsible and do give a fuck. Yay!
Nathan that pizza oven was AMAZING - thanks to all the people for the toppings and making this happen. It was the best dinner i had!
Ok I am already forgetting half the shit I wanted to say
The Range was fucking awesome – I had a good time dancing with everyone there and staying until the last band.
The ride back from Bombay Beach after $2.50 stiff vodka drinks and karaoke was the best! Glad the group stayed together it was a really fun ride!!!
Exploring the town and owning the bar at slab city and hitting up the swap meet was cool… I didn’t do this last year so it was a definite plus for me.
But nothing can beat the carnival!
User1: we can do better with the "leave no trace" thing.. i know it is difficult when you are around a camp fire and want to eat and then you eat and drink and then you want to sleep so you get up and sleep but there was no community trash and other people had to help pick stuff up. In the future i remember that i joined up with YoDelicious (Erin) and the Double-E team had bins labeled for EMPTY cans and EMPTY bottles (yes please empty them out) and then it was clear to everyone that plastic bag does NOT mean trash bag. in the future it was fucking great and it all worked out even with more noobs and some veterans who dong know better.
thanks everyone!

Btw, when that sheriff cruised by our camp marino looked up and pointed out that the fact that we rented porta potties (let alone 4 of them) said a LOT about us. It probably made all the difference in whether the cop was going to drive up to our camp or give us trouble.
