For the past three months, Franz and I have been creating and perfecting a pattern for cycling caps. After much trial and error we have come up with two different designs, A three panel Euro style and four panel Classic style cap.
They are both comfortable and fitted with elastic for a wide range of fits. Perfect for riding, or standing! Just recently, we’ve also started screen printing the fabric for the caps. We use a wide variety of different fabrics, some heavier for chilly nights, some lighter for day time riding and others furry for F.U.N. So, with that being said we hope you welcome our line of caps with love, “SATURDAY*”
Soon, we will have some pictures up where you can browse through different styles we've created, or order a custom made cap where you can choose the fabric and/or create a design to screen print on it. We have wool and cotton right now but are looking into some cool fabrics like Schoeller 3X-Dry and Merino.
We are going to bring a few to CRANK MOB this Saturday.

Gabby the lace one looked good on you we all decided last night.
Here is a 3 panel wool hat. We have the same exact pattern in a 4 panel as well.
We will have all of these tonight at CMOB.

Newark was the first ever customer of Saturday hats, he took our classy black euro cap with reflective stripe. We can't wait to see it again in PDX.

Ahh you haz sensitive skinz. Yes well some people's skin doesn't get along with standard wool. We haven't made the silk lined hats yet, but we have some Mulesing free Merino Wool coming from Finland. I ordered it tonight so hopefully it will be here after we get back from Hawaii and before I leave for NY.
So I'll give you a Merino hat in trade, I think you'll like it.

Just ordered it, it's black 100% Organic Merino Wool using environmentally friendly dyeing techniques, as you can imagine all that hippy junk it was relatively expensive.
So why are we using it?

• Stay warm in the winter - organic wool is a perfect insulator
• Stay dry - organic wool has the ability to wick away excess moisture
• Stay safe - organic wool has natural fire-retardant properties
• Stay natural and chemical free - it's good for you and the sheep!
• Support sustainable agriculture and help protect the environment
• Strengthen the movement toward renewable organic products.
Our favorite is the stay safe one, we can't have all you fine customers catching on fire can we? It also doesn't mention this but it can go quite awhile without a wash, often you can just let it air out like Ben Franklin.
They will likely be $35, available in 3 and 4 panel available with various ribbon on the 3 panel.
