Minced raw garlic, Ranch dressing on whole wheat

coconut and chocolate

PEANUT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. peanut butter
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix ingredients. Stir until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve at room temperature.

Homemade tapioca with beaten egg whites served warm-yum.
