what's particularly telling is that the mural had been utterly respected by the taggers - not a single tag on it. The big grey blob, on the other hand, didn't survive a day. Anyone want to bet the owners are regretting their decision? Unless, they painted over it to make room for a new mural, of course. That'd be a-ok, even if it doesn't have bicycles in it.

how about instead of random tagging we have graffitie a letter or a sentence that no one tags on and below it we have a whole bunch of taggers tag it over and over and over.

If this is true, let's hope that the inevitably sucky new mural meets its end sooner rather than later. Bring back the bicipollitos!
