Drink Water

Hydrate yourself. In all cerealness, water is good for you. Not only can you faint from dehydration, blah blah blah, but somehow I feel like if I had hydrated myself properly, I wouldn't be sitting at the computer sneezing and coughing all over myself, with a cold.

I only drank beer in China, breakfast, lunch, dinner, I didn't even trust the bottled water, thankfully Tsingtao, Snow, and the other 25 cents for a liter of beer beers are weak.

you could have bad lungs, like I do...
whenever I would try to play hard in cold weather (the kind wear you can breathe out vapor)...I would end up with bronchitis...
I realized that I just have bad lungs ... so now, when there's weather like this, I take advice from Nacho... I "take it E-Z"...

On this one architecture tour I went on in the Hollywood/Silverlake/Echo park area, there was this house built on a running springs. There was always water coming from under the house and going out to the street. It was way cool seeing that house! Maybe we can go back to it on one of the architecture tours this spring, yeah?

or you can dress warm on yer ride....that help prevent sickness too
