1/3 brick Tofu, crumbled and pan fried in bbq sauce until kind of crispy
1 whole fried portabella mushroom sliced (or half a package of diced button mushrooms, if using these, combine w. tofu)
2 good sized slices of onion pan fried until soft, and slightly caramelized, can be cooked with tofu to speed things up, although for some reason, better if cooked separately
2 good sized tomato slices (thick, should end up being the bulk of the tomato, like 3/4" each), sprinkled with chopped garlic, cumin, black pepper, dried red chile (any varieties, I prefer ancho), and sage and pan seared until soft, before removing from the pan, I recommend taking your spatula/flipper thing and squashing it, it'll dump some of the liquid out and make the whole end product easier to eat
1/2 small can green chiles, diced
cream cheese to taste
cheese to taste - can be melted into tofu mix at last minute
1 cup o' noodles, chicken flavor
2 slices of bread (preferably wheat)
1) Pour out the vegetables, pour in the water, cook your Cup O' Noodles
2) Pour out all the juice
3) Make sure the noodles are juiceless CRUCIAL.
4) Put your two slices on a plate.
5) Put some noodles on a slice, and put the other slice on top.
i once had to spell the words 'Meat Parade' for a job.... it was fun, but also reallllly nasty. I went to the supermarket and picked out an array of meat products, i think my favorite is the pickled pigs feet, only rivaled by the Spam Singles... ugh. the smell of the pigs feet permeated my apartment for a few days... i dry heaved a few times when i was arranging it on that plate.
afterwards, i cooked up the steak, sausage, turkey, and bacon for the people in my building.
