 Never sprint on your bike on an empty stomach... and Sparks. That's it for me now on the whole energized/malt stuff. I can't even guzzle them down anymore without it wanting to come back up. Mental.

I'm sticking to just beer... Tecate. I did find Bass in a can which was pretty interesting on yesterdays SFV Critical Mass ride.

Does Joose taste better?? So let me ask.. what are the advantages of Sparks/Joose type of bevs? Just so you can drink longer without feeling sleepy?

Maybe... I think I'm going to flask some scotch. Not that much liquid... meaning I'll pee less.

 The reason you can't keep those fermented-floor-sweepings-plus-caffiene drinks down is because they taste like fucking puke in the first place.

Sparks, and the other brand that is very much like it, go down quite easily.
But, then again, my questionable appetite of JackInDaCrack would most likely hinder the said effects of regurgance.

 Be careful with those sparks/joose drinks. I had to cut out the Sparks, due to the fact I was getting arthritic conditions in my fingers when I would drink them.

The going completely bonkers, while I was drinking it didn't bother me one bit. Other people around here had problems with it, but I enjoyed it immensely .

I do know of one person, complaining about a compromised immune system from drinking the Joose.

I have found the side effects to be too dire, to continue drink the cH3 oh / c8 h10 n4 O2 / c12 h22 o11 / c2 h7 n o3 S combination drinks. Then again alcohol, sugar and caffeine are all poisonous. Taurine, I don't know what that is, but its probably not good for you.

 The way we roll, drinking and riding, how bad is this to our bodies? Have any studies showed what effect the alcohol has when we have an increased heart rate?? I find myself having to drink more to get a good buzz when i ride because i think im working if all off!
