Hi Ridazz,
I wanted to share some exciting news with you.
I am riding my bicycle from NYC to LA with 41 other cyclists from June 23 to August 21 as part of the
42 Ride.
It's sponsored by the
Bicycle Film Festival and
42BELOW Vodka.
I would like to express a special thanks to the BWC, Alex, Brandon, Ridge Way, BAZUKA, The Geschwind Brothers, Annie, Allie, The Groundwork Crew, Lance, Vosotros, Ashira, Wolfpack, LA Fixed, TWBG, Hi Def Entertainment, J.B., Kieron, the FaTT Crew, Danielle, The Kitchen, Bike Oven, and BikeRoWave, and my biological family.
To the peeps that taught me how to fix a flat, lent me a spare tube, let me crash at their pad, got me jobs, gave me hugs, fed me, clothed me, loved me, shot me, blazed with me, and worked hard to make the LA Bike Scene fun and cool, thank you. I wouldn't ride bikes without great friends!
As Carles would say, this could be the most meaningful and authentic experience of my life.

i put a down payment on
this bike this morning. my friend from the cafe i work at drove me down to king's bike shop in seal beach. i'm getting it fitted saturday.
i'm super excited.
i'm looking in to bob like trailers that connect via skewers to go on tours after this one.

i just got my route details.
im flying in to nyc the 17. im gonna hit up the bicycle film festival and peel sessions and fucking ride the city to death.
i start my training with the production company the 23 and roll the 25.
im going through NY, PA, OH, MI, IN, IL, MO, NE, CO, UT, NV, CA.
ill hit these major cities, nyc, philly, pitssburg, cleveland, detroit, CHITOWN!, STL!, Kansas city, denver, salt lake city, reno, SF, and more!
4,200 miles. longest day around 90 miles, shortest around 50, looks like no duff days/breaks.

yeah so i made it to nyc. im actually here and ive been riding around getting soaking wet. i drank lots and lots of free beer and vodka and free food and the nyc bff is crackin'!
whats good in nyc? ive never been. im staying in astoria right now.

the tour is very unorganized. we don't even have a venue for the event in reno tonight! but i will post something on ridazz and elsewhere about what is going on in LA. i expect a huge party with lots of vodka drinking.
