All you need to do is drop a $1 and the proceeds will go towards the Lance Armstrong Foundation for Cancer Research.

I ran into this ride last Wednesday and thought it was Barchopz because I was running late. When I realized that I was going faster than Barchopz speed and I was surrounded by teenage boys on fixed gears with no Speedybrian or music, I knew it was the wrong ride.
I got a text message with some info earlier today saying that this ride has free tacos and beer or something like that.

I heard you have to sign a waiver to go on this ride. Fuck that. You shouldn't have to sign anything to ride your bike in the street.
Also FUCK NIKE SHOES and their terible slave labor practices around the world.

Corporate hate aside, if I was openly supplying beers before a sponsored ride, I'd make you sign a waiver too. Say some kid gets plastered by a car after drinking some beer that you provided. Guess who's going to get sued?
Liability is a bitch. Besides, you could always just show up and ride. I doubt they could keep you from riding with them if you really don't want to sign the waiver.
