fucked up the fork on my khs flite 100 track bike a while ago. havent found a good deal on a replacement fork. I would need either a 1" threadless fork or a 1" threaded fork and a 1" threaded headset. anyone have anything for sale that would fit???? Oh, and the steerer tube needs to be 250mm or larger. :)

welcome to the club. after weeks I finally ordered a fork from Orange 20 and it ends up being that they're backordered. fucking hell. but anyway, search a thread titled "threadless fork" that I made, there's some advice in there.

time to go carbon. bikeisland or nashbar got what you need. same length and rake as stock.

another fork, isaac? well, for my money, i went to brakeless and picked up a new fork for about $90. you can also go to brw and use a threaded fork. i did this for a while, although it is a little janky if your stem is clamping on at the threads. if the tube is long enough, you can just cut the threads off.
i wrapped a soda can around mine to smooth out the threads. it might also help if you filled it in with a little epoxy. the main concern is that you don't want the fork to slip. the way you go through forks, i'd highly recommend you go for cheap on this one.
