there's different types of chest pains. You should be more specific. Sometimes when you work out really hard your lungs get a good workout and get a little stretch. This isn't bad, but if it's a piercing pain then something may be wrong. Does it ALWAYS happen? When did it start? have you ever had any chest injuries or operations?

Seriously Chest Pain is no joke!!! You need to see your doctor ASAP. (and ask him/her for a stress test.)
also what does it feel like? If it is more of a pressure than stabbing pain you need medical attention ASAP!

Only my throat gets dry and my knees feel a little, sore if I've been out of the saddle for a few days.
Other than that, no chest-pain I could think of.
